Order Processing
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Tracking: A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
- Multiple items: Your order may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.

Shipping Fees & Duties
- Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Customs/VAT: For international orders, local taxes and duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Address Issues & Delivery
- Wrong address: Contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we can update the address.
- Marked “delivered” but not received: Please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors/building management. Then email us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
- Missed delivery attempts: The carrier may try again or hold the parcel for pickup.
Returns Policy
- Return window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.
- Exclusions: Gift cards, “final sale” items, and customized products are non-returnable unless defective.
- Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return postage, except where we shipped the wrong or defective item.
- Refund method: To the original payment method after inspection (allow 3–7 business days for your bank to post).
How to Start a Return
- Email primevia9@gmail.com with your order number.
- Include photos/video if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
- We will reply with the return address, RMA (if applicable), and packaging instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at primevia9@gmail.com with photos/video. We will arrange a replacement or a prepaid return and refund.
Exchanges
For a different model/color, please place a new order and process a return for the original item.
Warranty
