Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Tracking: A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
  • Multiple items: Your order may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.

Shipping Fees & Duties

  • Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Customs/VAT: For international orders, local taxes and duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Issues & Delivery

  • Wrong address: Contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we can update the address.
  • Marked “delivered” but not received: Please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors/building management. Then email us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
  • Missed delivery attempts: The carrier may try again or hold the parcel for pickup.

Returns Policy

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.
  • Exclusions: Gift cards, “final sale” items, and customized products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return postage, except where we shipped the wrong or defective item.
  • Refund method: To the original payment method after inspection (allow 3–7 business days for your bank to post).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email primevia9@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Include photos/video if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
  3. We will reply with the return address, RMA (if applicable), and packaging instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at primevia9@gmail.com with photos/video. We will arrange a replacement or a prepaid return and refund.

Exchanges

For a different model/color, please place a new order and process a return for the original item.
